Kris brings over 25 years of engineering and management experience to his clients. Kris has held senior management, engineering development, and consulting positions with multi-national companies, helping them successfully design, develop, and deliver leading-edge technologies.
After successfully launching the consulting office in western Pennsylvania, Kris now leads Three Rivers Telecom Consulting as President and Senior Consultant. Currently, the office serves clients located in nine states. With his first-hand experience of owning and operating a business, Kris is ready to help solve your telecommunications problems and their impact on your business. His experience and training in telecommunications, project management, and business planning are key elements in delivering superior-value solutions to you.

Roy Lenhardt

Roy has over 21 years of engineering and business relationship development experience. Roy has worked in the private, government, and non-profit sectors providing expert advice, knowledge, and insight gained through experiences.
As an Advisor, Roy is responsible for educating and guiding business leaders on how they can best use technologies in helping them achieve their telecommunications objectives. In this role he listens to their challenges, needs, and objectives and then provides information, presents alternatives, and encourages creative solutions that result in business improvements and cost savings. Roy exemplifies quality leadership by maintaining high levels of integrity, competence, confidence, compassion, and awareness. Roy serves as a liaison between clients and TRTC by understanding the client’s needs, providing helpful information, and creating opportunities that culminate in higher financial accountability and increased client profits.
Roy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt) with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and works out of the Eastern USA Regional Office located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Roy has worked internationally in Asia and has traveled extensively globally. He is married, has 1 child, and enjoys volunteering for non-profits and participating in outdoor activities.
Chris Bradley

Chris has over 18 years of Customer Service experience.
As an Analyst, Chris is responsible for analyzing and reconciling voice, cellular and data invoices; opening, managing and resolving billing disputes; building inventories of client facilities, accounts and services from carrier invoices and Service Records; providing ongoing client support through trouble ticket generation and tracking, ensuring timely resolution; assisting in the evolution/improvement of internal processes and tools.
Chris is a graduate of the ITT Technical Institute with an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Computer Network Systems, and is currently enrolled at ITT Tech to finish his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Security. He is engaged to his High School sweetheart, has 3 children, and enjoys volunteering for non-profits to raise money for children’s charities and participating in outdoor activities.
