Kris Macurdy
President / Senior Consultant

 

  

 

Kris brings over 30 years of engineering and management experience to his clients. Kris has held senior management, engineering development, and consulting positions with multi-national companies, helping them successfully design, develop, and deliver leading-edge technologies.

After successfully launching the consulting office in western Pennsylvania, Kris now leads Three Rivers Telecom Consulting as President and Senior Consultant. Currently, the offices serve clients throughout North America. With his first-hand experience of owning and operating a business, Kris is ready to help solve your telecommunications problems and their impact on your business. His experience and training in telecommunications, project management, and business planning are key elements in delivering superior-value solutions to you.
When it comes to telecom experience, Kris is well versed in the areas of:

Roy Lenhardt
Telecom Expense Management Advisor

 

  

 

Roy has over 30 years of engineering and business relationship development experience. Roy has worked in the private, government, and non-profit sectors providing expert advice, knowledge, and insight gained through experiences.

As an Advisor, Roy is responsible for educating and guiding business leaders on how they can best use technologies in helping them achieve their telecommunications objectives. In this role he listens to their challenges, needs, and objectives and then provides information, presents alternatives, and encourages creative solutions that result in business improvements and cost savings.  Roy exemplifies quality leadership by maintaining high levels of integrity, competence, confidence, compassion, and awareness. Roy serves as a liaison between clients and TRTC by understanding the client’s needs, providing helpful information, and creating opportunities that culminate in higher financial accountability and increased client profits.

 

Roy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt) with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and works out of the Eastern USA Regional Office located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Roy has worked internationally in Asia and has traveled extensively globally. He is married, has 2 children, and enjoys volunteering for non-profit boards and participating in outdoor activities.

 



Randall Clark
Telecom Expense Management Analyst II


  


Randall is a technology expert with 25 years of experience across several industries, including banking, publishing, and education. He received his B.A. in Communications from Central Connecticut State University. As an Analyst, Randy is responsible for analyzing and reconciling voice, cellular and data invoices; opening, managing and resolving billing disputes; building inventories of client facilities, accounts and services from carrier invoices and Service Records; providing ongoing client support through trouble ticket generation and tracking, ensuring timely resolution; assisting in the evolution/improvement of internal processes and tools.


In addition to consulting, Randall volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and spends his time cooking and enjoying everything Colorado has to offer. He lives in Fort Collins with his wife and two children. 





Melody Hamilton
Telecom Expense Management Analyst II 


 

 

Melody is a Finance and Technology professional with over 25 years of experience spanning several industries including Airline, Engineering, Electronic Data Processing Management, and Service Delivery. Her expertise in performing cost control audits and identifying billing inaccuracies has resulted in over $5mm in audit recoveries.  She is a team player who focuses on always exceeding delivery requirements and focuses on the customer’s best interest.  She is an expert in telecom software solutions that provide automation into the entire telecom life cycle including Contract Negotiation/Renegotiation, Ordering New Services and Products, Inventory Management, Invoice Processing, Auditing, and Reporting.

A graduate of San Jacinto College, Melody loves the great outdoors, is a huge animal lover, and enjoys fine Asian cuisine.

 

 


Nicola Miller
Telecom Expense Management Analyst I




 

Nicola has over 10 years in Cellular Management and Customer Service.  Nikki’s responsibilities are analyzing invoices, looking for cost reductions options, implementing cost saving changes , and resolving billing issues. She provides customer support for the client’s international travel optimizations and assists with equipment upgrades.

Nikki has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Clarion University and volunteers for numerous worthy causes.



Nani Keys

Nani has over 4 years in customer service with a strong interest in business and financial analytics. She provides support to the analysts of Three Rivers Telecom Consulting and continues to help find the best opportunities for customers in saving and optimization. A recent graduate of Fort Lewis College, Nani enjoys traveling, crafts, and the outdoors.
